Lattes worth runnin’ late for.

Runnin’ a Lil’ Latte is a playful and cozy coffee shop brand concept I dreamed up purely for fun—and it quickly became one of my favorite creative exercises. Inspired by the slow magic of fall mornings and the frantic charm of running just a little behind, this fictional brand is brought to life through a rich, autumn-inspired color palette featuring warm mocha tones, dusty teal, and pops of spiced red.

At the heart of the brand is a cheeky illustrated logo: a running coffee cup full of personality, perfectly capturing the humor and hustle of caffeine-fueled mornings. From branded mugs to cozy pattern designs and a digital mockup of the website, every touchpoint was designed to feel warm, whimsical, and a little bit late—in the best way.

This project gave me space to explore storytelling through visual identity—blending illustration, thoughtful color use, and a strong sense of brand personality. It’s a perfect example of how even a made-up brand can spark real creativity and connection.
